Navona offers three different types of tour: in-person tours, live video tours, and self-guided tours via the Tour24 app. This flexibility allows you to tour the community at a time that best fits your schedule. Schedule your tour using the tour scheduler on our website.

Prospective residents can apply in person at the leasing office or online through the Application Portal. The application process begins with a $150.00 application fee per applicant, which is required to apply for and hold your selected apartment home.

Applicants must have a combined income of at least 2.5 times the monthly base rent. Qualification criteria also include rental history and credit screening. Contact the leasing office for the current list of requirements.

After you apply, you will receive a link to our income-verification platform, where you can upload the required proof-of-income documents. We will then complete the application screening while your income is being verified. Once the process is complete and your application is approved, we will send you the lease documents and next steps for your move-in.

Residents at Navona are required to maintain renters insurance in accordance with the terms of their lease.

Yes, Navona is a pet-friendly community. Residents are allowed up to two pets per residence. All pet requirements are reviewed during the leasing process through a third-party vendor, giving residents a clear understanding of the requirements prior to move-in. The pet screening fee is approximately $25 to $30 to create a pet profile.

Monthly pet rent ranges from $35.00 – $70.00 per pet. A $250.00 – $500.00 pet deposit and a $250.00 – $500.00 nonrefundable pet fee also apply. The community guidelines include breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing team for the current policy.

Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfers and debit or credit cards. Residents can pay rent through:

Maintenance services are available for residents. Service requests can be submitted through the resident portal or Elevated Living resident app.

Each residence at Navona is assigned either a covered carport or a detached garage. Covered carports are available for $45.00 per month in addition to base rent, while detached garages start at $180.00 per month.

Additional garage spaces are available to rent for approximately $180.00 to $300.00 per month, depending on size (single car or two cars). Garages may also include a partially covered space in front that can provide additional parking convenience.

Navona offers an indoor/outdoor fitness center with strength and cardio equipment and spin and yoga studios. The community also has a 3/4-mile outdoor jogging trail, two pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, and a putting green.

Navona has a coworking lounge with both private work stations and communal meeting spaces.
